The Mossy Prehensile-Tailed Gecko, or commonly refferred to as "Chahoua", is one of the most personable geckos you could ever have. Of all the geckos of the genus, Chahoua, is one of the only that is truly aware of it's surroundings keeping an eye on anyone or anything that comes into the room. So eager to come out of the enclosure and just "hang out" makes this species great for kids.

Chahoua will utilize their tail far more than any other Rhacodactylus - commonly curling their tail around your finger while being held. Mix a great personality with a bright base and accent colors, large eyes and uncommon head structure makes this species a great display animal.
